What’s New in H&W
Your personal Content Catalyst – A biweekly newsletter to inspire health and wellness content creation.
You don’t want to spend hours/day on social media, but you want to stay relevant on your social media, blogs, and newsletters.
Trends move quickly, but spending excessive time on social media every day isn't practical (or desirable!!) Consumers and potential patients want to hear from you, your opinions, and your thoughts. Perhaps you want to establish credibility and attract a following, build out your email list, or promote your own services. Hitting the hot topics is key, but where to start?
You have a busy schedule, and keeping up with the latest supplement or women's "hormone hack" isn't feasible. To be honest – social media ends up being a time and energy waster most of the time. I understand, and this is why I created the “What’s New” Newsletter.
What I do:
Health and Wellness Trends
I collect and analyze the most talked about topics in the Health and Wellness industry over a period of two weeks, and create a comprehensive summary.
This newsletter includes 5-7 recent topics, how they’re being discussed, examples and links, and valuable talking points for experts in the field (You!). It’s a mix of new things being actively discussed and things that never seem to fade.
Its designed to inspire you and assist you in developing your monthly content strategy.
General Trends
I will help you stay up-to-date with the latest trends in health and wellness, as well as general trends. You won't have to spend hours on TikTok and Instagram – I'll provide examples and linked content to keep you informed.
You'll be able to stay in tune without feeling overwhelmed or weighed down.
Post Recommendations
I’ll also provide you with additional ideas and recommended posts. These may vary each month, but they’ll consist of examples, scripts, and inspiration that you can use immediately.
This way, you won't be stuck saying “Ugh, what do I talk about this week?” You’ll have inspiration in your inbox and a whole brain that will be sparking with ideas ;)
Plus, if you have a team working with you – all the better!
Thinking of topics to drive your socials, newsletters, and blogs each month is daunting and time consuming. I’ll do it for you, plus it’ll be playful and maybe a little enjoyable. Join me!
Hi, I’m Lida
I’m a 25-year-old Operations Consultant/Project Manager for Functional and Naturopathic Doctors. Since I graduated college, I’ve worked in Health and Wellness helping private practices optimize their processes and create content for socials, newsletters, and blogs.
I am a lover of the earth, my friends and family, walking around my neighborhood, (expensive) coffee, creating art, and everything health and wellness. Before starting my career, I used functional medicine to improve my own health. Now, I love supporting doctors do the same for others. I will always be tuned into “what’s new in health and wellness”, and I want to share it with others!
For better or worse, social media has become a vital piece of gaining credibility. Potential clients look up your socials and decide if they like what they see. That’s why it’s essential to stay (even a little) up-to-date, active, and engaging. And yes, you can absolutely do that without posting 3 times a day and living on your phone.
