About me

I've always studied people — how they think, what they need, how they move through the world. I studied Anthropological Sciences, Behavioral Psychology and Design Thinking.

This led me to reconstruct human remains in a bioarchaeology lab, then intern at Nationwide Insurance.

Different worlds, same idea: understanding people and building something from what you learn.

Now, I help wellness entrepreneurs build, refine, and grow. I work with people who are passionate about what they do, deeply knowledgeable, and want to share that with the people they serve, and my job is to make that easier.

When I'm not working, I'm reading an alarming number of books (fantasy, romance, & sci-fi), illustrating, or on a long walk somewhere. I live by the rule that you can shape your own life, and you should go out and do it.
